Scholarship Application 2023

The 137th Annual Meeting of the MinnValley Mutual Insurance Company will be held on March 29, 2022.  The meeting will be conducted at the Snowbirds of Amboy Clubhouse located at 224 East Maine St, Amboy, Mankato, Minnesota.  The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. A light snack will be served following the meeting.

At the meeting there will be an election of three directors to fill three-year terms on the MinnValley board.  Any policyholders seeking nomination for the election to the board of directors shall submit their names in writing to the Secretary at least five days prior to the date of the annual meeting.
